The “Work-Shoe Washing Station, Built-In, Low-Profile” quickly and effectively cleans work shoes using 12 sturdy sole brushes per cleaning station. Dirty shoes are placed on the convenient crossbar, which serves as a support. A signal is sent through the foot valve, and stainless steel spray nozzles mounted on the sides thoroughly wet the shoes from all sides. Dirt is effortlessly removed from the surface as the work shoes rub against the bottom and side brushes. This leaves the shoes sparkling clean. The boot washer comes standard with an integrated Splash guard.

A stainless steel support bar at the correct height provides stability and safety during the cleaning process. On the left side of each basin and bracket is a water-fed hand-washing brush with a quick-release valve and a stainless steel rinse tube to make shoe cleaning even more precise. The support bar features an integrated automatic water shut-off valve that can be easily operated with one hand. Two models and sizes of the Shoe washing station are available: one with a single washing station and another with double the capacity, offering two boot cleaning stations. The dual-station model available for order also includes a certified BA system separator in accordance with DIN 1717 to maintain water quality.

The stainless steel basin of the Shoe washing station features a central drain with a removable stainless steel grate in the middle. This grate is equipped with an integrated sludge collection bucket and a trap to ensure smooth water drainage and prevent unpleasant odors from the drainage system. The drain has two versions: it can be installed vertically with NW 100 or horizontally with NW 50. Both the central grate in the dual-station unit and the 12 sole brushes of the Shoe washing station can be easily removed and replaced, making maintenance and cleaning particularly simple. The water connection must comply with local water utility regulations and should be installed by an authorized specialist contractor. No electrical connection is required.
